Oh Joan, I am SO SORRY!!! There is nothing else like losing our furbaby, our best friend. My heart absolutely breaks for you. Thirteen years is a good run but never long enough.
Thanks for your kind words, Jan. We had a wonderful, pure bond that will never be broken. He actually was 15 , and I had the pleasure of his company for 14 years and three months. I'm trying to b grateful for that...
Thanks Sara. I don’t go there nearly enough. I tend to gravitate there when I’m grieving for some strange reason. It’s not just the farm— there are beautiful walking trails there too.
My heartfelt sympathies on the loss of your precious Bocci. May you have many wonderful memories to cherish. Her pawprints will forever be on your heart.
Thank you, Cole
So sorry to hear about your loss

Excellent tribute and article....Bocci was the best boy and will be missed!
Thank you, my dear friend, Eileen. My sweet boy had a zest for life and everyone he came in contact with. His exuberance was contagious!
Aww, Joan, I’m so sorry for your loss of the beautiful Bocci.
Thanks Jolene.
He was and always will be my beautiful boy, Bocci.
Very sorry for your loss. Slate Farm was a place we often took our grandchildren to. Always enjoyed.

Thanks Cousin David. He was a precious doggie indeed. I'm sending a few pictures of Bocci with our family. Martin and Maris did not get to meet him!
